KASINET ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
The purpose of the acceptable use policy below is to ensure the responsible use of the Internet and its resources, and to avoid violations of applicable federal and state laws.
- The Customer may only use the network for lawful purposes. Use of the KASINET system in violation of any federal or state laws is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, violation of copyright, obscenity, harassment, or national security laws.
- KASINET reserves the right to terminate the Internet Service Contract of any Customer deemed to be in violation of the above clause, without having to prove legally that such violation occurred.
- The Customer will indemnify and hold harmless KASINET from any claim brought by a third party alleging that Customer has violated any federal or state statute. Customer shall defend and pay all costs of legal fees and damages awarded against Customer or KASINET arising from such claims. Customer shall inform KASINET of any claim in which he is involved.
- Unless required by an appropriate legal authority, KASINET shall not make available any Customer's e-mail address or contents of Customer's e-mail box or any other Customer information stored on KASINET resources to any third party without a written request by the Customer.
